1 Egg
leftover corn
leftover green beans
or preferred leftover veggies
Put ramen into small pot and add 1-1/2 cups water. Bring to boil. Flip ramen block over and cook on high heat for 15 seconds on or so until you can easily break up the block with a fork. As the noodles cook they come apart easier.

Crack one egg into the center of the pot, on top of the noodles. Turn heat to medium and cook noodles for 30 seconds more.
Add leftover veggies around the edges and gently "jostle" them into the water with a fork - avoid hitting the egg with the fork, so it doesn't break.
Cook on medium-high heat until the egg is mostly cooked through - or is cooked until desired firmness.
Sprinkle with a little Sesame Oil and add chopped chives/scallions, if desired.
Serve.
